ACCESS INFORMATION
- Only one login is required to access all portal apps at once.
- A minimum of one login will be assigned.
- Each of your assigned staff members will receive their own login.
- Request access for other staff members (authorized to access to your company's billing and lab reports) via finance@trelfalabs.com.

DASHBOARD APP #1: CHAIN OF CUSTODY & SUPPLY ORDERS
- One form. Two options. Use it for both Chain of Custody and Supply/Environmental Swabbing Orders.
- Always up to date. No need to download updated Excel versions as they are released.
- Automatically assigns your account number and name based upon sign-in credentials, eliminating data entry errors.
- Allows editing of pending orders, including scheduling dates.
- View order history and status.
- Sort and create downloadable reports.
- Automatically emails your order confirmation and data in Excel format upon submission.

- Allows duplication of past orders to be edited and saved as new orders, saving you data entry time.
- Automatically syncs with Trelfa Labs's shared Logistics calendar to schedule and update pending pick-ups, drop-offs, and deliveries.

Though simple and intuitive, there are detailed instructions provided at the top of the Chain of Custody form page.
Upon submission:
- You receive an email confirmation with your order attached in an Excel file for your records.
- Your Chain of Custody or Supply order enters the queue in our LIMS (Laboratory Information Management) system.
- You appointment gets adeded to our shared calendar as a pick-up/drop-off/delivery appointment so we all know when and how your samples are arriving.
- Your appointment gets added to our driver's route app (if necessary).
- You are assigned a Work Order our driver can use to confirm their appointment and verify samples upon arrival with your staff.
- When your samples arrive at the lab, our technicians can get started immediately.
- Your Chain of Custody or Supply Order must be submitted to the Customer Portal no later than noon the day prior to scheduled delivery.
