LAB DRIVER ROUTES + CALENDAR
SCHEDULING
If carrier shipments or customer drop-offs do not work for your company, a Trelfa Labs Driver can visit your location. Whenever possible the lab combines:
- sample pick-ups,
- supply drop-offs,
- environmental swabbing, and
- other staff visits on predetermined routes.
MONTHLY ON-ROUTE SCHEDULING
Getting added to a predetermined monthly route may reduce your costs, which are primarily determined by distance from the lab. This also means you do not need to pre-schedule a sample pickup with us. This is especially helpful for frozen dessert customers in Massachusetts who require monthly testing. Please check back a few days prior to your scheduled visit (shown below), as appointments are subject to change.
AS NEEDED OFF-ROUTE SCHEDULING
If a monthly route does not work for you, we will also send our Lab Driver to your location as needed. However, as needed trips typically incur higher fees. Please do not call the lab for as needed appointments. They are booked via the Sample & Supply Request Form.
RUSH AND HOLIDAY SCHEDULING
Call the lab at (888) 80-QALAB or (888) 807-2522 for RUSH or HOLIDAY requests only.
And, if you are in need of supplies, please fill out the Sampling & Supply Request Form so that we may service all your needs at the same time.
CANCELLATIONS
Unless you have provided us with a 24-hour cancellation notice, we'll assume that your samples are ready! If not, and you neglect to inform us, you will incur a driver fee for a missed service visit.

LAB DRIVER FEES
To reduce costs, customer appointments are consolidated into predetermined travel routes whenever possible. Each route has a different Driver Fee, primarily determined by distance from the lab.
